FX Polytechnic college

In the year 2006, FX Polytechnic college placed its first milestone in the education history with the mission to reach the under privileged by offering Diploma courses in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Production Engineering. The Colleges is affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and approved by AICTE, Delhi with ISO 9001-2015 Certified Institution.

The college is located in Tharuvai in a 25 acres campus surrounded by plush Greeneries. It is being run and governed by St Xavier’s Educational Trust. The Trust was established in the year 1989 with a legendary vision of “Reaching the Unreached” it envisaged attaining this vision with a noble and holistic mission. Dr.S.Cletus Babu is the founder chairman of St.Xavier’s Educational Trust, Dr.J.X.Amali Cletus Babu is the Vice chair-Person and Mr.C.Arun Babu is the Managing Director. The trust to its credit, administers a good number of educational institution with a majority of them imparting technical education.
